Screen printing
Ink is pushed through a mesh stencil, one colour at a time, with a separate stencil for each colour.
The ink sits on the surface as a solid layer, so colours stay bright and consistent across the whole run, and the cost per piece drops quickly as quantities rise.
- Best for
- One or two flat colours on a large order
- Good to know
- Each colour needs its own screen, so gradients and photographs are not suitable.
